The charges for advisory/Brokerage is as given below

Buying Property

We charge 1% of transaction value, if its not from Primary market.

Selling Property

We charge 1% of transaction value from both the parties.

Rent

We charge 1 month of rent from both the parties for rental.

Portfolio Management

Portfolio Assessment and Maximization Report: In this we will be charging Rs7500/- for each property which is part of portfolio. E.G: If you have 5 property for which you want a Portfolio Assessment and maximization report the amount payable would be 7500*5= Rs.37,500/- for the report

Portfolio Maximization Work: We will be executing the discussed plan with the client and we will be charging 10,000/- per property for the search plus 1% transaction charge on all transaction
